A static design mockup — there is no logic behind it. The Baud control shows how ANSI screens used to build up; Theme swaps only the 16-colour palette, the characters stay identical. In the real system the server holds the state and the same screen description is rendered once to ANSI bytes (telnet/SSH, xterm.js) and once to responsive HTML.
